50% shiraz, 40% mourvedre, 10% viognier.
On the nose ripe plums, herbs and blackberry aromas with floral hints. In the mouth you will enjoy an elegant, fruity wine filled with flavors of cherry, cassis and herbs. A well balanced with soft, integrated tannines and a beautiful toasted finish.
Harvest:
the harvest is completely manual.
Vinification:
cold maceration followed by a fermentation of 5-7 days. The wine is aged in french oak barrels before bottling.
Nice with:
delicious with lamb, chicken and mushroom pie.
